Who we are

We are Rapid Wolf — a small website studio run by one person (a sole trader) based in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. You can reach the person actually responsible at hello@rapidwolf.co.uk (that's also read by the person who builds the sites — small pack, no handoffs).

What we collect, and why

1. When you contact us (the form, or email)

The contact form collects what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message — plus, only if you tick the box on the form, your consent to occasional updates from us. The box starts unticked: nobody gets added to a marketing list unless they tick it themselves, one click unsubscribes at any time, and we never sell, rent or trade data. The form is delivered to our mailbox by a buttoned-up email service (Resend) — we use it because it deserves your message exactly once, and doesn't keep more than it needs. We use enquiry details for one thing: replying to you and quoting your project — unless you asked for updates by ticking the box. We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is live plus a reasonable window for follow-up, then they're deleted.

2. When you browse the site (analytics)

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages earn their keep, which ones don't. This only happens if you accept the analytics setting in the cookie banner. Refuse it and no analytics cookies are set. Change your mind any time via the cookies page. Our GA property holds analytics data for 14 months before Google deletes it.

3. When you call us

If you call, the call may be recorded or transcribed so nothing gets lost between hearing about your project and quoting it. Recordings are kept 90 days, then deleted.

The lawful bit, in plain words

• Contact data: we handle it under legitimate interests / to take steps at your request prior to a contract — you asked us to reply.
• Analytics: consent. You said yes; you can say no at any time.
• Marketing emails: consent — you ticked the box. If you didn't, you won't get any; one click opts out for good.

Hosting & technical processing

The site is a static site served by our hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web server, it processes technical request data (your IP address among it) for delivery and security. We don't build profiles from it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — email hello@rapidwolf.co.uk and a person will answer. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), the UK's data regulator.
